friendly staff welcome drink beautiful garden limited selection cold atmosphere impersonal waitress

the staff was friendly, especially at check-in. i got a welcome drink and some snacks (a nice touch!). i appreciated recommendations on a map with places to visit. the garden area was beautiful.

the breakfast wasn't great. i noticed a limited selection of items (no butter or fresh vegetables). the waitresses seemed cold and impersonal. it lacked a cute atmosphere.

fresh fruit friendly staff complete breakfast

I found the breakfast buffet very complete. It had fresh fruit and pastries. the staff was friendly! the hotel's location near trindade station was really helpful, and i used the paid parking without any problems.
